Chef Sunny's Policies

Because we like to keep things fresh, smooth, and drama-free—here’s everything you need to know before you place your order.

📅 Order Deadlines

Meal prep orders must be placed by Saturday at 5 PM CST for Wednesday pick-up. I prep with love and intention—no last-minute chaos over here.

💳 Payments

For meal prep, full payment is due at the time of ordering. For catering, 50% deposits are required. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received. I accept all major cards—no cash, no IOUs. Your card statement will show charges from Eyeslay Minks LLC.



⚠️ Chargeback Policy:

Any fraudulent disputes or chargebacks will be pursued with civil legal action. Be honest—Jesus is watching, and so am I.

🔄 Refunds & Cancellations

All sales are final. I don’t offer refunds, credits, or exchanges unless something is wrong on my end (and that’s rare). If you need to cancel, it must be done 48 hours before your scheduled service—but no refunds, just good communication.

📍 Pick-Up Only for Meal Prep

Chef Sunny doesn’t deliver—pick-up only at the designated location and time. If you’re running late, just shoot a message. I’ll hold your food for up to 1 hour, after that... it’s a wrap (literally).

All catering orders include delivery.

All photos shown are examples of past meals. Actual dishes may vary slightly in appearance—but trust, the flavor always delivers.

⚖️ Allergies & Dietary Needs

Let me know before ordering if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions. I’ll do my best to accommodate, but I cook in a shared kitchen and can’t guarantee a 100% allergen-free space.
